If you want to create a 360º story, you’ll need 360º videos and/or images and for that, you can use different types of cameras.
For creating 360º images, you can even use your phone and download apps like Google Street View to create 360º images manually. Another way to get 360º footage is to download images and videos online, a great source is the Flickr 360º community.
Also, Fader offers a public media library with 360º footage made available by other users. Got some amazing 360º you want to use for your Fader stories? Just use our media library and add your content there.
Log in and go to New Story
You are in your editor – first scene. Now, go to Add Media
Now, you can upload all your 360º content
Or, you can browse through already existing content within the media library and drag that into your story.
Once you added all your content into your story, you close the media library. Within your editor, you can add everything into your scenes.
You might want to share your own 360º images and videos with others. With our integrated 360º media library, you can share 360º content and collaborate with others.
This is how you can share your own 360º content:
LOG IN AND GO TO YOUR MEDIA LIBRARY
FIND THE CONTENT YOU WANT TO SHARE AND CLICK ON IT
MAKE IT PUBLIC
Please make sure that you have all the rights to make this available to others. Once you set this media asset into public mode:
- It is visible to other Fader users who browse through the public media library
- You allow other Fader users to integrate this media asset into their own Fader stories
- You can set it to private again but grant others the right to keep it in their Fader stories if they had selected it before
ONCE YOU MADE IT PUBLIC, YOU AND OTHERS CAN ADD THE CONTENT TO FADER STORIES
If you no longer want to share your 360º with others, you can go back to your library and click on “make private”. After that, nobody except for you will see your content in our public 360º media library.
Quick and easy with Fader.
